GROWING & MAKING: Grapes grown in a mate’s tiny coastal vineyard. A 55% Cabernet and 45% Shiraz blend that was hand-picked, co-fermented, hand plunged, basket pressed and matured in neutral oak for twelve months. Packed with bright red fruits this is juicy and super slurpable.
Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
