GROWING & MAKING
A single bin of epic Cabernet fermented in an open tank, hand-plunged and after three weeks on skins basket pressed. Matured in French oak, 50% new, for eighteen months. Full of inky black fruits, with echoes of cassis, cedar, black olives and graphite. It’s packed with fine tannins and density but has a brightness and freshness that makes it so so drinkable. The hallmark of our Fancy Pants wines are that they offer something special, something above and beyond.
Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
