A tiny hand-crafted batch from the glorious 2025 vintage. An oak aged Sauvignon Blanc Semillon blend that is layered, age worthy and so sophisticated.
GROWING & MAKING
Bright, crisp and refreshing, this Fancy Pants is so drinkable, yet layered and complex. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc from Black’s Vineyard next to our winery in Margaret River and Semillon from Beulah in Boyup Brook. Free run juice was fermented in new French oak with wild yeast. Citrus, white peach, pineapple and candied ginger flavours, mingle with hints of smoke, bacon fat and vanilla. Structured, complex and savoury, this is very serious, very refined and very very delicious.
Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
