Our very special, very limited, very very delicious reserve wine.
GROWING & MAKING: Equal parts Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, Geographe Malbec and Blackwood Valley Merlot. After tasting through all our 2023 barrels we took a couple of buckets from each of the very best ones, blended them together and then bottled up the result into 100 magnums. This is bursting with lush purple and blue fruits - think boysenberries, black currents and satsuma - along with a beguiling fragrance of Turkish delight and a toasty, cedary edge. It’s plush and juicy yet has an understated elegance with bright acid and plenty of fine tannin that will help it age gracefully. Limited release, party sized packaging and plenty of flavour, fuck yeah!
Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
