Our very special, very limited, very very delicious wine that’s only available in party sized packaging.
The best grapes we could find in the warm and glorious 2024 vintage. Taken from the same Wilyabrup vineyard; two thirds stylish and sophisticated Cabernet combined with the joyful fruit abundance and dark pepper seasoning of a third Shiraz. We selected wine from our very best barrels and there’s a lovely lick of new French oak that adds depth and polish. This classy rendition of the classic Aussie Cab Shiraz blend is long, stylish and bursting with flavour. Fine tannins and inky concentration will ensure it ages magnificently. Limited release, magnums only and plenty of flavour equal a bit fuck yeah!
Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
