Growing & Making: Sourced from vines planted in 1963 at Nikola Estate in the Swan Valley and grown by all-round great bloke Matty Trent. Gently pressed, barrel fermented, wild yeast and ten months on lees to build texture. Subtle stone-fruit, pretty floral notes and savoury, salty edge adds complexity, this has a lingering, driven finish. Chenin Blanc is an amazing grape variety, an underrated treasure of WA that makes a bloody delicious wine.
Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
