A sleek, modern Pinot Noir that combines forest fruit flavours with spicy, savoury notes. Elegant and classy; this is proper Pinot, hooray!
GROWING & MAKING: Pinot Noir hand-picked from the Tyler Radomiljac’s Lambton Vineyard in Pemberton. Gravelly karri loam soils, cool climate and an immaculate vineyard set amongst the spectacular Karri forest all contribute to these pristine quality grapes. 15% whole bunches added into the ferment which was gently hand-plunged for two weeks; basket pressed and then matured in French oak, 15% new, for twelve months. This balances bright berry fruits with savoury spice and a hint of smoky oak. Elegant and classy, this is fine boned and graceful with silky tannins and a long seductive finish. We love Pinot and are proud of this gorgeous drop.
Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
