Single Vineyard Tinta Cao
Tinta Cao is a rare variety not often seen in a bottle by itself. Packed with red berries, perfume and dark spice, this is as captivating as it is delicious.
GROWING & MAKING: Grapes grown on the gravelly hills of Yallingup in northern Margaret River. Handpicked, hand-plunged and basket pressed this was gently made before maturing in seasoned oak for fourteen months. It’s bursting with ripe raspberry flavours that are complimented with a seasoning of heady spice - think star anise and cloves. It's bright, medium bodied and shaped by firm tannins and balanced acidity. Exotic and seductive this little number is going to bring plenty of interest and joy.
Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
