GROWING & MAKING: A WA wide blend that is a drink now, drink anytime wine. Based around a couple of barrels of Blackwood Valley Shiraz and Boyup Brook Merlot (yep the same stuff that goes into our ‘Bringing Sexy Back wine’). The Shiraz offers body, spice and a bit of juiciness, while the Merlot brings bright fruit and silky soft drinking. There’s half a barrel of Margaret River Cabernet for structure and perfume and Tempranillo for a hint of spice and a savoury finish. Barbecue or pizza, footy or cricket, breakfast or dinner; anytime, anywhere.
